• Send us your inventory information on an Excel spreadsheet with the following information: NDC, brand name, generic name, manufacturer, strength, dosage form, and package size. If you use a field other than NDC for your internal key, please include it also. This information can be most easily obtained from your drug wholesaler by requesting these fields for one year of purchases.
  
  
• We’ll compare the information you send us to our database, look up most exceptions manually, and return it electronically with complete waste stream management recommendations. We will evaluate all Rx items and those OTC items carried by Medispan®. If you would like us to evaluate custom compounded products or products without NDC codes, we will do so, although there may be an additional charge.
